Day 14 FEEL GOOD Challenge

When you feel bad you must do something that will improve your feeling. What can you do today to improve wherever you are today? You don’t necessarily need to “SOAR” but do something to improve. Pull out a list of feel good words, or make a list of FEEL GOOD words. Just reading them and writing them will transmit an energy field to you that you can receive. Be open to the possibility.
