Day 151 FEEL GOOD Challenge

I live consciously.  I pay attention to the quality of the food I eat, I recycle and try to be environmentally aware, I shop local to support my community, I take the time to exercise, I take my vitamins, in other words I pay attention to living well.  None of these things are as important as paying attention to what I think.  That is the ultimate in well being.  In fact I can stop doing all the other things and just concentrate and monitor my thinking and be much further along in well being.
