About the Feel Good Challenge

Say YES: Join us in the FEEL GOOD CHALLENGE.

It will change your life, it will help humanity, and it will be FUN.

Inspirational FEEL GOOD statements are posted on our website and facebook group. The facebook group is interactive, invitational and private.

To participate from the Facebook group: Go to www.facebook.com/groups/FeelGoodChallenge then click on “Join Group”. You’ll receive a facebook notification when there is a new FEEL GOOD post added to the group. To receive a daily notification on Facebook and to leave comments you must click the “Join Group” button.

Rules of the Feel Good Challenge:

  1. Take self-responsibility. Can’t blame anybody else for how you feel. Can’t blame the world situation for how you feel.
  2. It’s up to you to decide each day how you can feel. How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning? How do you want to feel when you walk into a meeting? How do you want to feel when you are cooking? How do you want to feel when you’re driving the car and merging into traffic? How do you want to feel when you look into the mirror?
  3. If you’re not feeling good what are you going to do about it?
    What will you choose? How are you going to handle it?
    What are your resources? Where’s your tool bag? (more on tool bag below)
  4. No negativity.
  5. Share the posts if they move you!  There are share buttons at the bottom of each post.

History:

  • Through Jan’s tenure of teaching, being a leader in metaphysical understandings there have been rudimentary teachings that she has learned.
  • Creation Laws: we are the creator beings of our reality. We create through our words, actions, thoughts and FEELINGS. Click here for a fun creation story that explains the Creation Laws in an inventive way.
  • Every person born has the full potential to change the world singlehandedly.
  • The timing is NOW as the Universal energies are in Ascension. This creates a petri dish for NEW POSSIBILITIES with UNLIMITED POTENTIALS.
  • The more people involved and participating with focused positive thought and FEELING, the greater the healing will happen for all of the world and each of us individually.
  • To make this even more powerful I would love for you to:
    a. spread the word,
    b. share with friends,
    c. encourage others to join,
    d. share your own FEEL good words
    e. see how many positive FEEL good words we can get floating out there in the ethers.

Support:

  • Post your words for the day on the Facebook group or journal them.
  • If you’re not feeling good what are you going to do about it? What are your resources? Where’s your tool bag?
  • Throughout the year-be SEEN IN 2015-Jan will supply you with inspiration. She will offer 5 FEEL GOOD words that will express her intentions for the inspirational message. You write your words that go along with the inspirational message and that will set the stage for YOUR day. Post these words as a comment in the Facebook group or in your journal. The more you participate and play the greater effect the energies will have on YOU. Click here for an explanation of this transformative process.
  • Have fun, take the plunge, commit to a YEAR of interaction (if a year is too long how about 6 months, 4 months, 2 months, 1 month? Participation in this WILL HAVE POSITIVE RESULTS. The longer your participation time, the greater the enthusiasm you have for the challenge the greater the reward.
  • Persevere at times, but most of all ENJOY.
  • Get your family, friends, and colleagues involved. This is for EVERYBODY!
