Did you know that your body doesn’t know the difference when you are imagining, seeing something, or remembering? Your body just responds to the vibration of the thought that is being expressed. You respond with your heart rate, blood pressure, your physiology, and your emotionally stability. I would suggest that you imagine great things, you see the positive in all things and that you remember the best of everything.
