Day 142 FEEL GOOD Challenge

We have two major parts of our brain.  The left brain where the ego resides and driven by what has happened and what will happen.  The right side where only  “NOW” happens; no past or future, and no ego.  The right is our expansive, imaginative, all one, creative side of the brain.  Spend more time in the right and enjoy the effects.  Meditation, journeying, and daydreaming are good ways to activate the right side of the brain.  So is conscious breathing.  Direct your breath to the right side and watch it light up!
