Day 221 FEEL GOOD Challenge

Many people will justify their bad feelings; depression, sadness, feeling deprived, incapability by explaining to their friends why they feel so bad.  The justification locks the person into the bad feelings and ultimately the life circumstances that support the bad feelings.  Find something to be grateful for.  Concentrate all day on that one thing.  It will create vast improvements and create more situations to be grateful for.
